Terms and Conditions for Dolcarnach Ltd t/a Educating Éire

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our online education services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of Educating Éire's online education services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Description of Services
Educating Éire provides online educational courses and resources for second level students. Our services include but are not limited to live classes, pre-recorded video courses, revision courses, career guidance services, study skills workshops, study materials, and interactive learning tools.

3. Registration and Account
To access our services, you may need to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Educating Éire reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be false, misleading, or violates these terms.

4. User Conduct
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of Educating Éire's platform. You shall not upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringes upon any intellectual property rights.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content provided by Educating Éire, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Educating Éire and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Educating Éire.

All content uploaded by a user to an Educating Éire platform including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is automatically deemed the intellectual property of Educating Éire.

6. Payment and Refunds
Certain services provided by Educating Éire may require payment. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of these services. Refunds shall be conducted and reviewed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with Irish law.

7. Limitation of Liability
Educating Éire shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content provided.

8. Privacy Policy
Educating Éire respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination
Educating Éire reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11. Modifications
Educating Éire reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

12. Attendance
The user is responsible for attending services they have registered for. Absence is not grounds for refund.

13. Recording of Classes
All live classes will be recorded and available to students while they are an active customer of Educating Éire. Attendance to any live class constitutes permission to record both video and audio for the duration of the lesson.

14. TERMS FOR ONE MONTH FREE GRINDS PROMOTION:
* One Month of Free Maths Grinds means the student will have the opportunity to attend one live 1hr maths class per week, for four consecutive weeks. The timeline and schedule of these to be determined by Educating Éire.
* After you have purchased a subscription in one other subject you will receive an email with full details of the free maths classes.
* Students may only avail of this offer if they have both registered and paid for one month of grinds in another subject during the course of the promotion (19th Sept 2023 - 9pm 25th Sept 2023). Bookings or payments made outside of this time interval are not eligible for the promotional offer.
* If a refund of the subscription paid in order to avail of this offer is requested, so too will the offer be rescinded.
* The number of classes running as part of this promotion as well as class size is at the discretion of Educating Éire and will be decided based on frequency of bookings post the promotion end date. Both Junior Cycle students and Senior cycle Students are eligible to apply.
* The same student that registers and pays for a subscription is the only student that is allowed to partake in the promotional maths classes. I.e if child A signs up for irish, child B cannot make use of the promotion.
* All classes will be recorded and available to class registrants for 7 days post lie class.

15. Free Trial Grinds:
* The number of free trial grinds a student can book is capped: a maximum of two free trial bookings in any academic year per student.
* No payment is required on booking free trial grinds. After the free grind is over you will be issued with an invoice should you wish to continue for another months grinds.
* Free trial attendees will not have access to previous recordings or Teams class materials. They will only have the facility to attend the live free grind.
* All classes are recorded and will be available to paying class members for the duration of their study at Educating Éire.
